How people use open source graphics in China and a book about the LGM

In the past, a lot of people in China didn't know open source software and open source graphics, these people even include some young graphic designers who just graduated from art academies. Similarly some traditional library workers don't know about open source software, yet library theory and practice needs open source approaches too. Open source graphics is growing in China now that more and more people in China realize that open source software is important.
